Where's all the Muscle-Bound Pretty Boys?

You won't see a bunch of steroid-pumped boys primping in front of the mirrors and hogging the equipment. Not at Average Joe's Gym. Here you'll work-out with regular guys like yourself. They're getting in-shape and getting on with their lives.

See what makes AJG right for you.

Average Joe's Gym's Method
Where an average joe can work-out like a pro!

Average Joe's Gym provides a highly effective cross-training, circuit based workout, designed specifically for men - for men to get optimal results; developed in compliance with the recommendations of major health and fitness organizations.

The potential of this system and the 30 minute exercise has yet to be fully realized in the men’s sector of fitness. We want to be able to make a difference and offer many men the alternative of working out under ideal conditions.

By combining strength training using bi-directional resistance machines and several cardio stations with one heavy bag for cardio-boxing techniques, our members can achieve a complete workout in just one 25 minute circuit (5 minutes stretching). Our resistance based machines are safe and easy to use, and you'll be amazed at how quickly your own personal program provides the results you're looking for.

Our system enables the ability to recondition; even under the onslaught of a full-time work schedule and the ravages old age can bring upon us.

Arthritis Sufferers:
Strength Training is known to build and protect bone density and reverse arthritis pain and symptoms.
Average Joe's Gym uses expensive high quality thick foam-lined heavy boxing bags -- one per circuit -- with a 'highly durable water bladder' for low impact to joints.  Members are taught 'low-impact' Martial Arts punches/strikes; as well as other punches/strikes for proper technique.

Our Method:   We have combined all the health benefits of a 2-hour workout -- including all five necessary components below -- and condensed it into a 30-minute program. To see how click here

Gym for Joes
Jed Swartz has been to the big gyms. He's been to the gyms where many of the clients appear to be training for a body building competition, or the gyms where loud music triggers a headache, not motivation. He's referring to the gyms where a lot of average Joes are too intimidated to visit.
