Does your Joe need a little nudge?

Most guys want to look better, feel better and live healthy. Sometimes, though, doing it is another matter.

There are plenty of excuses - time, money, age, prior health problems that they see as being roadblocks to their success. Sometime what these guys won't do for themselves, they'll do for the ones they love.

That's where you come in. Spouses, family members and friends are the best motivators. So give your Joe a (loving) nudge in the right direction.

Tell him about Average Joe's Gym.

A place for the regular guy

Many folks say they would work out more, if they could find the time, others say they're too self-conscious to show up at a gym. A new gym has been designed to eliminate both these excuses.

Average Joe's Gym was started because of the immeasurable need of a health and fitness club that not only would cater to, but would instill comfort in the regular guy who has not felt comfortable working out in a conventional gym or has not found the time for his health, but wants to.

Men can sometimes end up sacrificing their health for daily obligations--not enough time, too tired and the drawbacks of a typical gym are big deterrents for many men that do not or have not committed to a workout plan that is a regular part of their life.

An overwhelming number of men choose not to exercise for a variety of reasons. While some will always make excuses, others have genuine reasons and concerns for not utilizing regular exercise.  Many do not feel comfortable in a typical gym setting; so what's been happening is the fit have been getting  fitter and many others have been left with no alternative or viable solution -- until now!

Our Workout and Weight Management Program works to burn body fat by increasing muscle mass and metabolism. It’s fast and efficient with very minimal impact, so it's not punishing for the deconditioned and older individual that needs help getting started or building up strength and stamina.

The potential of this system and the 30 minute exercise has yet to be fully realized in the men’s sector of fitness. We want to be able to make a difference and offer many men the alternative of working out under ideal conditions.

Members will experience a comfortable, high quality setting, their entire workout mapped out for them.  They are told to come as they are dressed, as long as they're comfortable.  The ideal situation for the everyday working man.

Not So Average
At Average Joe's, even couch potatoes can find ways to get into shape

Gym for Joes
Jed Swartz has been to the big gyms. He's been to the gyms where many of the clients appear to be training for a body building competition, or the gyms where loud music triggers a headache, not motivation. He's referring to the gyms where a lot of average Joes are too intimidated to visit.
